At  Brooke House we have 7 bedrooms all with en suite shower rooms. Each bedroom is individually and tastefully decorated to a high standard and all offer the following facilities:

  • Hospitality Trays
  • Digital TV with Freeview Channels
  • Radio Alarm Clock
  • Hairdryer
  • Guest Information Folder - containing all you need to know about your accommodation and useful information about the Island.

An iron, ironing board and fresh milk are all available on request

We offer a variety of flexible accommodation.

  • A Ground-Floor Double - This room also benefits from a two-seater sofa and fridge. As well as traditional access from inside the guest house, this room also has separate access.

We have a further 6 rooms, all of which are on the first-floor.

  •  Single - Currently being refurbished.
  •  Double
  • Twin or Superking - This room offers the flexibility of having twin beds or a superking size bed.
  • Triple - This room is ideal for a small group of friends as it has 3 single beds.
  • A Large Double - Currently being refurbished.
  • A Family Suite - This is a large space with a double room leading through to a second room with 2 single beds.                     
   
 
Car Parking
 
We have a small car park suitable for 4 vehicles next to the guest house. There is also unrestricted, free parking available along St. Paul's Avenue at the front of the building. 
 
    Dining Room at Brooke House

Breakfast is served from 8:15am until 8:45am

Our 3-Course Evening Meal is served at 6:00pm.

We ask our half-board guests to select their evening meal choice after Breakfast. At this time, Bed & Breakfast guests can also choose to have an evening meal with us for £11.00 per adult and £6.00 for children under 12. 

Brooke House does not have a licence for selling alcohol. However, please feel free to bring along your favourite tipple to enjoy with your evening meal. We do not charge corkage.
